As a new generation of green light source, LED occupy an increasingly importantposition in resources and energy conservation concern today, with its high efficiency, lowpower consumption, long life, more environmentally friendly, and good adjustabilityadvantages.LED was widely used in more and more occasions, however there are still manyurgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly focused on three problems include difficulties of realizing high-powerLED lighting drive power, EMC characteristics are not satisfactory and less intelligentapplication of LED drive power, conduct research on a new type of high-power LED lightingdrive power to find a solution to these three effective technical difficulties way and verify thefeasibility of high-power LED intelligent lighting, helping to further the promotion andapplication of high-power LED lighting products.This paper began with the significance of studying the new high-power LED lightingdrive power, introduced the development status and trends of the drive power LED lighting,analyzed LED lighting driver on specific issues to be considered and draw the basic directionof the design. Conducted around the drive power of the electromagnetic compatibilitycharacteristics of specialized EMI filter design and performance simulation, designed a strongability to absorb electromagnetic interference pre-EMI filters, common mode or differentialmode interference signal insertion loss reached100dB within a certain range. This mainly forthe requirements of high-power LED lighting drive power, drive power design based on acontrol chip SSL1750T and a dimming driver constant current LED driver chip MBI1802.The power supply circuit includes a flyback topology change and active power factorcorrection, the maximum output power up to120W, provided four LED connection loops,and also provided a PWM LED dimming way, dimming range from0%to100%.In addition, according to the actual application requirements for the design ofhigh-power LED lighting drive power real-time dimming and thermal control circuit, amicrocontroller as the processor control circuit realized depending on the environment andautomatically change the backlight illumination levels, When the temperature inside wasoverheating, cooling fan automatically started. Finally, based on the above, made a PCBproofing and a new kind of high-power LED drive power production, through commissioningthe circuit, finally completed a circuit of high-power LED lighting drive power, afterexperimental testing,we concluded that the maximum efficiency of the power was87.31%,power factor was97.5%, LED drive current can be high sensitivity set.
