Study On The Ventilation Scheme In The Construction Of Gas Tunnel

Construction of tunnel, the gas must be in a timely manner to eliminate the gas influenceon tunnel engineering, which requires the gas concentration control within the scope of thesecurity, timely dilution and eliminate the gas tunnel ventilation technology, and real-timemonitoring of tunnel monitoring to the gas concentration and its distribution. So this thesis ontaigu highway construction of inclined well of the west mountain tunnel1#of gas tunnelconstruction process, ventilation pipe from the constraints of the distance to the tunnel gasconcentration distribution was studied, the influence of construction process and the project ofgas concentration monitoring system is introduced. Paper main work summarized as follows:(1) According to the situation in this paper, based on the engineering practice,respectively from the eliminate gun smoke the required ventilation rate, according to thetunnel construction work at the same time the construction ventilation rate, according to theconstruction of much needed minimum allowed wind speed required ventilation rate, tunnelby dilution and removing internal combustion engine exhaust the required ventilation rate andthe tunnel excavation face the biggest gas emission required ventilation rate to calculate.(2) Using Phoenics computational fluid software, the gas in the process of xishan tunnel1#inclined shaft construction ventilation are simulated, and the constraints from the slopeunder the condition of different distance and time, the longitudinal ventilation pipe outletwind speed of4m/s respectively,6m/s and8m/s three cases tunnel the diffusion of gasconcentration and distribution is analyzed.(3) The gas monitoring system in the tunnel is the key to ensure safety construction, thusthe layout scheme of gas monitoring system based on project for gas monitoring, gasmonitoring scope, frequency and the gas concentration monitoring data analysis one by one.
