Steel box tied arch bridge has many advantages, such as graceful shape, large span ability, highbearing capacity, which made it preferable in large-span bridges. Therefore, research on the constructiontechnology and stress performance of steel box tied arch bridge has important practical significance.Taking the Fu Shan Road cross-under-supporting duplex steel box tied arch beam composite bridge asstudy object,the major research contents in this paper consist of the following parts:(1)Summarizing the development both at home and abroad,structural system classification as wellas the main structure calculations about steel box tied arch bridges.(2)Described the construction technology of the steel box tied arch bridge substructure in detail,including bored pile cap and pier construction technology。(3)Detailed design and calculation are carried on cast-in-situ concrete girder bracket, the stress anddeformation of the main components are all in the allowable range, it is reasonable, meeting theconstruction requirements.(4)During the machining of steel box arch, the machining accuracy of each constituent membershould be strictly controlled to prevent emerging misplaced or stress concentration as those are assembledinto steel box arch segment。(5)During the hoisting process, the right equipment should be chosen,and set positioning blockmust be set between the segments for precise positioning.(6)The suspenders are installed and adjusted by truck crane,and tensioned by peg jack,after that,the shock absorber should be installed and treated with protective measurements.(7)The tensioning process of vice arch tie bar is different from the main arch,it used a specialprocess to adjust the cable force。...
