| Because the materials of prestressed reinforced concrete have nonlinearity, it can not meet therequirements of actual engineering accuracy using elastic mechanics method to analyze and study theprestressed reinforced concrete structure. So the use of non-linear analysis methods has become amainstream trend. This article will use the OpenSEES fiber model to analyze the material nonlinearity ofreinforced concrete structural, because the advantages of OpenSEES software itself can overcome thestability of nonlinear equation solving process and the accuracy of the shortcomings. In addition to, theestablishment of fiber model can be divided into different fiber cross section so that different fiber of thesame sections can have different uniaxial stress-strain relationships. This allows the use of more in linewith actual members uniaxial stress state constitutive relations and better simulation performance betweensteel and concrete. Through numerical simulation and comparative analysis of the actual engineering testresults, OpenSEES has better nonlinear numerical simulation accuracy and superiority. The main contentsare as follows:1ã€OpenSEES software will be introduced to the bridge structure to research numerical simulation ofnonlinear material. It descrbes OpenSEES software to analyze the nonlinear process of the structure,including modeling, nonlinear analysis and the result output.2ã€Take the reinforced concrete simply supported girder with single beam as an example. Using theTCL programming method edits the OpenSEES command stream. Two kinds of the energy equivalent areamethod and the general yield moment method calculate the yield point.3ã€Take the prestressed concrete simply supported girder bridge as an example.TCL script file isgenerated by OpenSEES pre-processing interface ETO processing after using ETABS modeling, then theTCL script file is imported to OpenSEES software. Using the method of rigid arm simulates the bondbetween prestressed reinforcement fibers and concrete fiber. We can get the curve of the load and mid-spandisplacement relationship as well as ordinary beam and prestressed beam load and displacementrelationship.4ã€Take the multi-beam reinforced concrete as an example. Through the partial load, middle load,uniform load in three ways, we establish fiber model and ansysize the changing process of materialnonlinear with the beam. In the partial load mode, each beam load and displacement curve of numericalsimulation is compared with the destructive test data,and the results is well good.Furthermore, ultimatebearing capacity of the each beam under three conditions and the changes of longitudinal reinforcement inthe tensile area with the load level aiso studied in this chapt. Comparative analysis of each beam determinesthe yield point of steel.In summary, cases show that OpenSEES software analysizes nonlinearity not only high accuracy, butaiso pre-treatment higher maneuverability.Using OpenSEES software to analyze material nonlinear hasssuperiority.The research can provide reference value for other nonlinear analysis. |
