There is a competition item in FSAE racing that is to test0-75m acceleration time of theracing car by continuous shift, the shorter the time the higher the score.Another event is thedurability test.On the one hand, It can be used to test whether the car can run laps regulatedto judge the design of the car is reasonable or not. On the other hand,It be used to test theracing time to finish prescribed number of laps,the shorter the time the higher the score.Theboth item request to enhance the dynamic performance of the car.For this purpose, thedriveline matching of the racing car must satisfy the racing characteristics of the two item tomake FSAE team achieve remarkable results.In this paper, based on chang’an University racing car in2012FSAE game as prototypeto optimize the matching of the driveline, by Cruise, ADVISOR, Matlab and other tools,focus on solving the transmission system optimization matching problems suitable for thecharacteristic of racing game. the intent is to provide theoretical basis for the design oftransmission system parameters for the design of FSAE car, and extend the ADVISOARfunction application and design method of FSAE car dynamic performance.The maincontents of this paper are summarized as follows:1. analysis of the forces of the car, including driving driving force and resistance force ofthe car etc.; Analyzed the simulation calculation in the basic theory of automobile dynamicperformance calculations, for the vehicle driveline matching optimization laid a theoreticalfoundation; at the same time introduced the research progress of automobile transmissionsystem matching as well as the principle, characteristics and operation steps of geneticalgorithm, for the automotive transmission system provides a theoretical basis ofoptimization.2. using a variety of testing methods to obtain the parameters of the original test vehiclecar models, including the characteristics of the engine; Based on the measured all necessaryparameters of racing car, through the vehicle dynamic performance matching simulationsoftware Cruise, the vehicle simulation model is established, and compared with the result ofthe match, to modify the uncertain parameters, make the simulation results are in acceptablerange, to complete the simulation model of the vehicle on the Cruise, provide the basis for the research behind the later research work.3. Based on ADVISOR hybrid simulation modeling principles and ope n environment,analyzed its and related parameters,by modifying its M file necessary parameters of the owntraditional car models become racing car parameters to complete FSAE car model, andcontrast analysis of the results of simulation and the result o f the game, to prove the validityof the model.4. Through the established ADVISOR model combined with genetic algorithm toolboxin Matlab environment to realize the united simulation; Using ADVISOR non_gui function torealize the automatic modification program of the final ratio and the transmission gear boxratio, through and comes with the GATBX toolbox function complete the united optimizationsimulation M documentation to realize the optimization simulation; Through the optimizationresults, it is concluded that the method can achieve the function of power system parameteroptimization, thereby enrich the ADVISOR software optimization analysis function.5. Use Cruise forward vehicle model simulation software that established FSAE carmodel to simulate the racing car dynamic performance of before and after optimization, thesimulation results will be used to evaluate the results of simulation optimization method andjudge whether the program can be used in the design of the car; Use Cruise matrix compositecomputing tool for quantitative analysis of the automobile dynamic performance and therelationship between the final ratio and performance of the racing car.
