At the same time, it is also s strong guarantee to promote the fastdevelopment of national economy.Snow sweeper in this paper is modified through the chassis of the ZL50loader.By removing the original bucket device of loader and installing the snow plow, shoveland vibration roller working device, we can implement multi-usage of the loader andfully improve the efficiency of the loader.Firstly, the paper design the hydraulicsystem of the snow sweeper, what’s more, the paper also calculate and select therelated components of the hydraulic system.Then, We use the AMESim software tomodel and simulate the hydraulic system of the snow sweeper.At last, we use the PLCand PLCSIM software to programming and simulate the electric control system of thesnow sweeper respectively, This demonstrate the feasibility of hydraulic system andelectric control system of the snow sweeper and ensure the snow sweeper can worksafely, stably and effectively.
