With the development of modern transportation undertakings, Long-span bridgessubjected to extensive attention, additionally, the landscape requirement of the concrete bridgeis continued to increase. This way,cable-stayed suspension bridge combination system cameinto being, but after such a complex structure of the bridge, once completed, or because ofdefects in the design or construction of the hidden dangers exist, or be affected by climate,environment and other natural factors leading to aging occurs, or due to withstand theincreasing traffic loads leading to damage, therefore, conservation reinforcement design andoptimization of such bridges construction issues became the focus of our research.This paper takes in2011on the construction of China’s first cable-stayed-SuspensionBridge–GuiZhun Road WuJiang Bridge reinforcement. In the reinforcement, we did acalculation of the whole process of the design and construction analysis. In the project, we usehigh-altitude walking without support box girder work platforms, pressure injection paste-type steel plate technology, as well as the finite element model "first short cable then longone ","first damaged then good" cable replacement order. Through taking recording andobservation on linear, stress while changing the cable, we ensured that finished cable forceand bridge linear consistent with the design values. Ultimately achieved through constructionmonitoring during swapping cable process, making reinforcement effect can match the designof the bridge reinforcement, the force of the structure can be improved and optimized.In addition, for Guizhou Wujiang River Bridge where the climate and other factors, inorder to ensure the durability of the bridge structure, we designed and taken research of thecorresponding main cable corrosion protection measures and construction method.
