With the development of the national infrastructure construction, improving of the landtransport and road transport infrastructure networks requirement to extend to harsh naturalconditions, and deserted cold regions at high latitudes or high altitudes in the past. Therefore,we need to build a large number of highway tunnels on permafrost and seasonally frozenregion. The purpose of dissertation is about highway tunnel in cold regions that plagued bythe problem of frost damage to a tunnel as the research background, combined with itsweather and temperature conditions, using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation oftemperature field by means of a tunnel and the use of insulation from the effects of cold walllining structure simulation, and insulation from freezing tunnel wall lining structure design.The mainly conclusions of paper were as follows:1.By a temperature change function in the tunnel of a tunnel to the outside airtemperature test results obtained by fitting the atmospheric temperature, the air inside the caveand rock heat exchange is the main factor affecting the temperature field of the tunnel,tunnel ventilation control tunnel freezing temperature is resolved the main route of theproblem.2. For the use of the temperature field from the tunnel wall lining structure simulation,drawn from the wall can reduce the freezing tunnel lining structure, and its main function androle of the temperature change is mainly the role of the delay time.3.Using the Q system rock classification for rock grades were divided on the use of theanchor sprayed lining and high-performance (HPC) compare the mechanical properties, thelatter than the former come to a decrease in water storage space and improve anti-freezingcapacity of the structure, which can effectively reduce the advantages of spray layer behindempty.4Based on the heat transfer theory, consider insulating effect and boundary effect on thelength of the tunnel insulation fortification calculated correction. The equivalent thicknesschange element method to get the tunnel insulation layer thickness laying economy.5Away from the wall for frost insulation lining structure design, based on the simulationresults suggested setting up a suitable insulation material and the best laid position, sealedaway from the walls of the air layer from the optimal value.
