The engine nozzle’s diameter, shape, roughness influenced the spray shape, particle sizedistribution of oil, fuel consumption and NOx emission. The precision machining of nozzle isthe guarantee of the engine stability. It is known that some domestic automobile companies,aviation engine companies use artificial deburring removal process in production of criticaldimensions. The production efficiency is low and can’t guarantee the consistency of removingthe burrs. So the problems should be solved. Therefore, to carry out injector deburringtechnology is of great significance.The nozzle entrance narrow slot size of model nozzle parts for the enterprise to provideis very small, the difficulty of deburring is increased. By analyzing the new nozzle part sizeand deburring requirements and the characteristics of enterprise production.We tried using theflow, mixing abrasive stream processing methods, to research conducted deburring.First, a set of practical requirements of the subject is designed and processed accordingto the nozzle holder. On the one hand, mold surface of the no deburring is protected, on theother hand, mold should be considered to meet production requirements. Nine nozzle parts areclamped by the design of a fixture, which can help improve the efficiency of deburring.Deburring process experiments are conducted by using experienced process parameters,nozzle parts were tested before and after deburring with using scanning electron microscopy.By contrast electron microscopic, and tissue whose local component is difficult to confirm isenergy spectrum analyzed, consistency of processing of parts by deburring is improved,deburring good effect, this method is feasible to remove the burr. Compared with manualdeburring, deburring efficiency is also improved. Parts clamping time is reduced by usingseveral sets of fixture turns into production, so that production efficiency is further improved.
