Nowadays the energy problem has gradually been widespread concern, environmentalissues have become a major problem in the society, facing a shortage of resources society,how to develop sustainable development, pollution-free resource has been valued by manycountries. Solar power system is a clean and sustainable energy development system, globalphotovoltaic solar energy has been scrambling to develop this research, the main work andresults of this project are as follows:First, DSP capture the output of the photovoltaic cell voltage and current, battery chargeand discharge current, light intensity, temperature, humidity and other parameters, and the useof stable tracking Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm and the duty cycle of the PWMcontrol mode to charge the battery charging control is designed to TMS320F28335as anindependent photovoltaic power system controller chips. Including the DC-DC convertercircuit, voltage and current sampling circuit, light intensity acquisition circuit, battery chargeand discharge control and protection circuits, MOS drive circuit and display circuit, maximumpower point tracking algorithm using solar panels to track the maximum operating power.Secondly, the charging of lead-acid batteries, smart three-stage charging and dischargingcontrol method to extend the battery life and improve the charging efficiency of the battery,the battery charging curve that best approximate the curve along the charge and dischargemore stable to ensure that loads and stability of the entire system status; complete hardwarecircuit design and debug controller, the controller is TI’s single-chip DSP TMS320F28335PWM signal output to control the on-off switch MOS tube to achieve the maximum powerpoint tracking solar plate, and and energy efficient constant current constant voltage chargingmode to save battery, and battery discharge to the load.Finally, using the C language software and to debug DSP development and debuggingenvironment CCSv5, the realization of a complete solar power system run independently,come test data, and a comparative analysis of the experimental data, Verify that the design is correct.
