| The background of this paper is the freezing method construction of the metro2project ofline4from Fuxing Road station to Lanjiang Road station cross-river tunnel’s1#connecting passage in Wuhan, in-depth study the influence of the lining structureforce and deformation caused by frost heaving and construction process of thefreezing method construction of cross-river tunnel connecting passage. The maincontents and results are as follows:Firstly, numerical simulation research has been performed. Research on law offreezing temperature field development in actual operating conditions, drawconclusions that in the early freeze, soil temperature decreased linearly, late freeze,soil temperature steady decline; research on the laws of lining structure force anddeformation in each condition of construction process,draw conclusions that steelsheet was opened, segment stress was increased obviously, segment stress was lessfavorable, the left lane tunnel segments measuring points horizontal displacement andvertical displacement is the most obvious impact in case3, the right lane tunnelsegments measuring points horizontal displacement and vertical displacement is themost obvious impact in case4.Secondly,analysis of the data of field measurement. Analysis of the laws offreezing temperature field,frost heaving pressure and the lining structure deformationin frozen construction, draw conclusions that, in the early freeze, the temperature ofeach measuring point dropped obviously, late freeze, the temperature of eachmeasuring point fall flat, before frozen soil curtain crosses ring, frost heaving forceincreased slowly, when frozen soil curtain began to cross ring, frost heaving forcebegan to rapid growth in the soil, the tunnel settlement relative to the connectingpassage excavation had a lag effect, before the channel excavation, horizontaldiameter’s convergence was narrowing,after the channel excavation,horizontaldiameter’s convergence was gradually increasing, after the completion of thepermanent lining build, horizontal diameter’s convergence value tends to be stable,the influence of the measuring points close to the contacting passage horizontaldiameter’s convergence and settlement displacement in different conditions was moreobviously than the other measuring points.Finally,with the result of the measured and simulation compared, the laws offreezing temperature field, force and deformation of lining structure in freezingconstruction have been comprehensively analyzed. The contents of this thesis will have important guiding significance for thedesign and construction of the cross-river tunnel contacting passage freeze and thelining structure design, and will have important reference value for ensuring the safetyof such cross-river tunnel contacting passage’s freeze the project. |
