In sea, coastal areas and western saline soil, and industrial factories nearby soiland groundwater environment, often exist at the same time sulphate and chlorine saltand other salt corrosive medium. Sulphate corrosion is one of the important factorsthat affect the durability of concrete, is also the most damage, the corrosionmechanism of concrete one of the most complex environment of water corrosion.Practical concrete structure are analyzed in this paper the relationship between theexternal environment, focusing on factors such as different state of soaking, watercement ratio, the chloride concentration, concentration of sulfatey sct, doinganti-corrosion coating of laboratory accelerated corrosion test. The test piece are putin the pure sulfate corrosion solution or different chloride sulfate compositecorrosion solution, setting age, making research route, using the reference concretecorrosion as the reference group, Using the method of analysis of the corrosion ofconcrete corrosion degradation and mechanical properties of apparent phenomenon,X-Ray fluorescence analysis,to study the corrosion mechanism and corrosionresistance.By different soaking method, the full immersion zone and half soaking zonedifferent dosage of different water cement ratio of concrete specimen, gettingmechanism of corrosion resistance to sulfate corrosion in different area, and on thebasis of the reference concrete correction after sulfate corrosion rate model is set up.Under two kinds of soaking mechanism, concrete of low water cement ratio can playa better resistance to sulfate corrosion; because of the existence of serious physicalcorrosion deterioration in semi immersion zone, Leading corrosion inhibition effectof semi immersion zone is worse than full immersion zone.Using different soaking mechanism, setting chloride sulfate compound solutionof same sulfate concentration but different low concentration chloride, to study theeffect of low concentration of chloride to sulfate corrosion of concrete, and thenestablish composite corrosion model based on reference model. In the chloridesulfate mixed solution of low concentration of chloride salts, inhibition effect ofchloride on concrete sulfate enhance with increasing chloride concentration, andwhen the chloride sulfate concentration exist a corresponding value, there exsit bestinhibitory effect. By setting the chloride sulfate composite solution of marine chlorideconcentration based on the marine environment, research the inhibition effect ofchloride on the sulfate corrosion of concrete, establish the correction coefficientcorrosion rate model on the basia of the reference model. Under condition of sea saltconcentration, salt concentration is relatively high, thus inhibiting effect is good, butwhen the sulfate concentration exceeds a certain value, the inhibition decreaseobviously.
