With the rapid development of world economy, coal and oil and other fossilenergy consumption have increased rapidly. And energy depletion and environmentalpollution are urgent extremes. Therefore, promoting the development of new energyand renewable energy has become important. World governments and energy industryhas been beginning to research and invest them. The inexhaustible wind energy is aclean and pollution-free and renewable energy. All countries in the world focus onwind energy.However, due to the random and intermittence of natural wind power, outputpower of wind power generation system has led to the greater volatility energy whichis difficult to meet the demand of various terminal of power equipment. When thewind speed is between the start wind speed wind turbine and cut in wind speed, thewind power generator is often in non-working state. So, it cannot effectively usenatural low wind energy resources, leading to the limited increase of wind energyutilization rate. Therefore, this paper mainly researches random fluctuation of windpower generation system and wind energy utilization.Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign windpower generator, summaries and analyzes the characteristics and types of wind energystorage technology to provide the necessary technical background for the subsequentwind power energy storage control system design.Secondly, for wind power energy storage control system design, this paper hasproposed a two-parameters control strategy built on double closed-loop feed backcontrol and dynamic storage compensation. If there is not a good storage control modefor li-ion battery, it will lead to life reduction of battery, even the over-voltage andover-current and other safety issues. Charging process of double loop feedback voltage,within the current control technology were sampled form of battery outer loop tocontrol the battery, prolong the service life and improve the safety of wind power system. Dynamic storage compensation is built on the fluctuation characteristics ofwind, using the BDC converter with bi-directional power flow.Thirdly, for the main control parts in control of wind power system, this paperproposes the response of the transfer function, and the necessary key parameterscalculation. Based on the simulation software Matlab/Simulink, wind power controlsystem is modeled and simulated. There are detail explanations from wind speed, windwheel, permanent magnet generator to wind power control system model. Thesimulation of the Off-grid type of direct drive wind power system has carried out, andverifies the feasibility of the two-parameter capacitor storage control strategyabstractly.Finally, BMS-ZF01test platform for li-ion battery energy storage system hastested the li-ion battery to obtain the charging and discharging characteristic curve ofthe battery. Coupling the SNWS06-12v/24v controller, the outer rotor PMSG systemand the li-ion battery energy storage system, this PMU completes stored energyeffectively...
