In satellite system, the number of operation and test data is huge, but in a largenumber of reliability data, the data can be used by the existing evaluation methods theprobabilistic reliability is very scarce. At the same time, in the large number ofreliable data, the uncertain information such as fuzzy information and intervalinformation are becoming more and more, which have challenged the existing reliabletheory. In order to integrate the reliability data of multiple sources and multiple forms,this thesis raises the estimation method of reliability based on cloud model.This thesis analyzes the source and classification of reliable data, studies theuniformity of the various types of reliable data, set up the reliable index system basedon the cloud model and put forward the reliable index with taking three cloud indexesinto consideration——cloud confidence lower limit, which provides a clear reliableindex to comparing different parts’ reliability.this paper uses the probablistic reliability theory, fuzzy reliability theory andinterval reliability theory for reference,and establishes three kinds of reliability ofcloud which is based on the cloud model and in allusion to stress strength interferencefailure model. At the same time, this paper sets up fusion of three kinds of reliablecloud to access composite reliability cloud method. According to the probabilisticreliability estimation method of typical system, this thesis introduced the error theory,establishing the cloud reliability estimation model of the component to the system andsolving the reliability estimation problems consisted of different parts.This thesis will standardize the estimation process of the reliability estimationmethod based on the cloud model, develop the reliability estimation software basedon the cloud model according to the modular programming ideas and demonstrate thesoftware is efficient by test case.
