Relay control box is an extremely important electronic component in aircraft systems,a basic component for aircraft to achieve automatic control, and its high quality serves asan important guarantee for the the aircraft to fly safely.Based on the requirements from anaviation security company, and considering the problems that relay control boxes mightencounter during the test, this paper carried out research on key technologies regardingaircraft relay control box testing, to establish a foundation for a testing platform with higheconomic applicability, high reliability,and high versatility.Based on PXI bus platform, research on testing system for aircraft relay control boxwas conducted in this paper. First, relay control box test system research status at homeand abroad and testing methods commonly used in production at present were analyzed,and overall design scheme for modular relay detection system based on PXI bus wasproposed.Testing principle for parameters of the relay control box was described in detail,relay logical structure test, operation voltage test, coil current test, contact point resistancedetection were deeply studied in the paper. Test system hardware was then studied in detail,and relay matrix switch, relay driver circuit, external test circuit and PXI data acquisitioncard were designed to produce circuit boards. Second, software part for relay test wasstudied, abview virtual test platform was used to complete design for the testing software,and upper&lower computer communication, at the same time user operation interfacestructure was built, which not only can realize basic test functions, but also can reoperatetest results processing; during communication between upper and lower machine, truthtable for relay control box test was designed and upper&lower machine were connected.Finally, the software built tested actual relay control box on the platform, which served asvalid authentication for test results. Meanwhile, suggestions for improvement wereproposed.PXI test system realized modular, automated relay testing capabilities, improvedtesting efficiency and reliability, completed design requirements of enterprises, and cancarry out in-situ testing after improvement.
