With the development of science and technology in our country, the number of landobservation satellites in orbit was increasing, function has become increasingly diverse,increasingly widely applied, the user’s demand for satellite data is becoming more and morecomplex. Optimization of orbital parameters and control strategy to increase the efficiencyof the satellite observation is of great significance.Combined with practical work, this paper aims to improve the comprehensiveobservation of satellite performance, the optimization of land observation satellite orbitparameters and control strategy are studied. The following several aspects were mainlydone.1. Summarized the basic theory which related to the satellite orbit, such as Orbitaldynamics, two body movement theory and the perturbation theory of space.2. On the basis of the theoretical study of orbit design, combined with practice work,the satellite’s performance was analyzed. Altitude and satellite observations effectiveness isstudied relevant mathematical model, established a more child associated with satelliteperformance objective function, multiple target optimization solution to lay the foundation.3. Multi-objective optimization algorithm is studied, using the multi-objectiveoptimization algorithm to optimize a satellite orbit height. On the basis of the optimalsolution, based on the Q value selection to determine the optimal orbit parametersregression and revisit performance.4. Number of satellites joint observations scheme is studied. Simulation for theimprovement of number of satellites joint observation performance is calculated by usingthe Satellite Tool Kit(STK).5. Orbital evolution is studied by using historical orbit data and related research, onthe basis of combining theoretical derivation established orbit optimization retention policy.The main innovation points of this paper is to:1. The use of multi-objective optimization algorithm parameters on the performance of integrated multiple satellites orbit height optimization solution.2. Multi-satellite networking through joint observation program of research tooptimize satellite operation strategy.
