As the signal analysis technology has become more sophisticated, The analysis ofvibration signal of rotating machinery during operation from stationary signal tonon-stationary signal. Traditional frequency analysis is the most commonly used methodin the field of fault diagnosis, but the characteristic frequency of non-stationary signal cannot be analyzed out effectively, the time-frequency analysis of signal analysis is usuallyused to solve this problem.Characteristic analysis of non-stationary signal according to the main faults ofrotating machinery has carried on the related research work in the paper. Firstly, the paperintroduces the definition and differences of stationary and non-stationary signals, thetypical non-stationary problems of the rotating machinery and the insufficient oftraditional spectrum, then it introduces the typical faults of the bearings and gears, andintroduces several analysis methods of non-stationary signal in detail. Secondly, therotating mechanical simulation test bench, the typical fault simulation of rotatingmachinery and the signal acquisition are introduced in this paper. Finally, the improvedFast-ICA algorithm is applied to the noise reduction of rotating machinery vibrationsignal simulation test platform, from the test results, we can see using the Fast-ICA noisereduction method proposed in this paper to the gearbox vibration signal, good result isobtained and the efficiency is improved; the simulation analysis and test analysis ofwavelet packet transform de-noising method achieved good results and the method hasgood noise reduction effect in high noise background, it can be applied to practical; inthis paper, using the wavelet envelope spectrum combined with the typical faults ofrotating machinery analysis and feature extraction, the fault feature can be extracted, thegood results are achieved.Through the research and improvement of the processing method of non-stationarysignal of the fault simulation of rotating machinery, this paper carries on the analysis andtests on it, and finally good results are achieved. The method of analysis and theconclusion of experimental study on the treatment of non-stationary signal not only as areference about non-stationary signals in rotating machinery, but also lays the foundationfor the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. |
