Therefore, it isnecessary to establish a large centrifugal compressor operating status monitoring and faultdiagnosis system to ensure reliable air compressor, security, and economic operation.In-depth understanding and research of centrifugal air compressor monitoring thestatus and fault mechanism and the type of fault on the basis of the data acquisition systemand the remote information transmission system, the centrifugal compressor runningparameters transmitted over the network to monitoring center, the centrifugal compressorremote real-time status monitoring; In order to achieve the function of the centrifugalcompressor fault diagnosis, a centrifugal compressor fault diagnosis method based on BPnetwork, that the air compressor vibration signal for the analysis of objects.In this thesis, a remote large centrifugal air compressor condition monitoring andfault diagnosis system is developed. In November2012the system basically completedand running so far in good condition, the performance is relatively stable, reaching remotecondition monitoring of large-scale centrifugal compressor fault diagnosis function forlarge centrifugal compressor safe, reliable and efficient operation provides a strongguarantee.
