| Today, as times progress and development of technology, household washing machine is starting to shift in fully automatic intelligent washing machine. Meanwhile, washing machine motor is beginning to change from traditional single-phase asynchronous machine to BLDCM indeed. The washing machine motor with BLDCM is more efficiency and less noise than washing machine.This article analyzes and establishes the mathematical model of BLDCM with structural features and operating principle. Combining with MATLAB software, simulation model of BLDCM is established. Furthermore, through simulation experiment, the working principle of the BLDCM is verified and the construction parameters of the control system are obtained. Secondly, based on the simulation results and theoretical analysis, this article designs a set of ARM processor STM32and IPM IGCM10F60GA as the control core of hardware system which include logic control circuit, signal detection circuit, drive and inverter circuits. Moreover, according to the features of household washing machine, a series of control algorithm in hardware platform is designed in this paper, including the speed measurement algorithm, current detection algorithm, commutation, starting and braking control algorithm is presented, and then these algorithms achieve through software programming. Finally, in this paper, a complete set of control system are analyzed in the electromagnetic compatibility, and resistance to electromagnetic interference circuit is designed.By EMI conduction testing experiment, this system verifies circuit electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with the national3C certification standards. |
