The Dynamic Evaluation And Collaborative Optimization Of Public Project Based On Tracking Audit

Based on the tracking audit theory, by tracking the construction phase of the Public Project, the dynamic evaluation system and model of public project were discussed, and the multi-objective collaborative optimization according to the evaluation results was discussed in this thesis, eventually improved the connotation of the project interim evaluation. So the essay is of great theoretical significance and practical value.Starting from the concept of the tracking audit, the definition, operation mode and the content of the whole process tracking audit were introduced, and the definition, content and necessity of project interim evaluation were analyzed in detail in this thesis. The construction process of the construction implementation stage was regarded as the longest, most complex, and most difficult to track during the whole phase in this thesis, so the construction period was chosen as the tracking audit period; the construction method and principle of the evaluation system were discussed in this thesis, several indicators within five aspects such as quality, schedule, cost, safety and resources were selected to establish the dynamic evaluation system of public project during construction period. By applying collaborative optimization theory, multi-objective optimization theory and system coordination theory of project, the coordination degree model of quality, schedule, cost, safety and resourses based on the tracking audit resuls was set up in this thesis. Aiming at the problem found by tracking audit, the weight in multiple coordination degree model was adjusted so as to achieve the aim of optimizing the latter project. In the end, a village primary school project case for dynamic evaluation and optimization was applied, according to the data collected by tracking audit, the project management of preliminary work after tracking was evaluated, and the optimal scheme with the highest coordination degree in several formulation optimization scheme was selected, and then improved the latter projecet.
