With the increasing depletion of fossil fuels and serious environmental pollution,developing new green energy has become a huge problem faced by all countries.Renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy and biomass energymore and more get people’s attention. The solar thermal power generation technologyhas broad application prospects, Solar thermal power generation technology includingtower type, disc type and trough type system. The dish system has received thewidespread attention because of high conversion efficiency and flexible applicationadvantages.Dish condenser is an important device to realize the solar-thermal conversion, Itsrole is to gather the lower density energy of natural sunlight,so that the solar stirlingengine could be absorbed and converted into heat and the heat engine can be workproperly. as an energy gathering device, Dish concentrator will inevitably produce avariety of errors in the processing and installation process. The error will affect thereflective efficiency and distribution of focal spot on the focal plane, thereby affectingthe important indicator such as overall system efficiency and service life. So thisarticle base on a condenser of a disc type thermal power generation system, Ignoredthe influence of the tracking error and other errors, studied the influence of slope erroron the flux distribution on the focal plane of the condenser.Based on the geometric concentration ratio and the energy concentrator ratio ofthe dish concentrator, this paper Derived geometric relationship and computationalmethods of several main parameters on the dish concentrator reflective surfaces undernatural light, analyzed the various energy loss of condenser and absorber, provided atheoretical basis for the calculation of the heat flux distribution on the focal plane ofthe condenser.Based on theoretical relationship between the main parameters of the reflectingsurface and the Monte Carlo method, this paper studied the influence of slope error onthe flux distribution on the focal plane of the condenser. In the research process, weuse the ray tracing software tracepro to establish a mathematical model. And bysolving the mathematical model we obtain the condenser disc flux distributioncharacteristics of the focal spot. Compared with the literature, The results indicatesthat the dish concentrator ray tracing mathematical model has better theoretical value. In order to further improve the ray tracing mathematical model of the dishconcentrator. This paper use the Finite Element Method (FEM) to analyze the heatflux of focal plane. Getting the influence of slope error on the flux distribution on thefocal plane of the condenser. The results show the slope error has great impact on theheat distribution of focal plane. This study provide a new method of calculating theprocessing errors of concentrator.
