Inverter technology has been widely used for saving energy and reducingemissions, inverter appliances is becoming a mainstream product of home applianceindustry. Based on the study of standards on detection technology of householdappliances’ energy efficiency, analyzing the detection needs of a specific kind offrequency microwave product of some company, this thesis mainly researched somekey technologies on power parameters auto-test system of frequency appliances.The main work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1) The background and significance of the subject were described, some relevantenergy efficiency standards and auto-test technologies’ research status anddevelopment’s trend of variable frequency appliances were introduced. The thesisdescribed the research status and development’s trend from several aspects such assensor technology, signal acquisition and processing technology, auto-test systemintegration technology.(2) The research of the characteristics of the electromagnetic voltage sensor andcurrent sensor and error compensation technology were focused on. The principles of avoltage and a current sensor were introduced respectively, the amplitude-frequencycharacteristics of the voltage sensor as well as phase shift characteristic of currentsensor were mainly researched. According to the research results, using MATLABtools to realize the output signal amplitude and phase error compensation.(3) The system noise source and the signal de-noising technology were studieddeeply, mainly on noise measure and spectral analysis of the system switching powersupplies and DC-DC isolated power modules. Using digital filtering algorithms forsignal de-noising, which is a kind of algorithm combined BUTTERWORTH low-passfiltering with smoothing. Using digital oscilloscopes and GPTS to collect data. All ofthe data processing wok such as filtering algorithm simulation and spectral analysis aredone in MATLAB environment.(4) Finally, a set of power parameters auto-test system used on pipeline for acertain type of microwave frequency of a company was designed. Based on the abovebasis research and the demand for user, the frameworks of hardware and software wereplanned. This thesis focused on the design of background software with MATLAB, including human-machine interface control design techniques, communication module,data storage module. The paper also shows the final product of the auto-test system andsome test data on the spot.The key technologies studied in this thesis can be widely applicable to the generalfrequency appliances. It is sure to design a more universal detection platform forfrequency appliances with further research on sensor characteristics and the universaltechnology of hardware and software. And at the same time, all of the related researchwork can serve for the relevant state departments for building detection standards forfrequency appliances.
