With the progress of the development of permanent magnet material and information technology,objectively and accurately evaluate the performance of permanent magnet material has become increasingly important.therefore,the requirements become higher for permanent magnet material magnetic parameters test system,especially in the magnetic parameters data acquisition, processing and system control,etc.in order to achieve accurate, stable and efficient measurement data,the paper realized the related research and design,the design of a permanent magnet material magnetic parameters test system that can quickly draw the hysteresis loop, accurately calculate the magnetic material parameters.Firstly, the paper describes the development of an overview and classification of magnetic materials,leads the research background and significance of the subject.in combination with domestic and international trends magnetic parametric test system, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing permanent magnet test system devices, including excessive error,poor reproducibility and complex operation of data.Secondly, for lack of a permanent magnet test systems exist in our country,the paper presents an improved method and corresponding design.for induction coil air gap flux signal the presence of the question,raised area turns using software compensation residual method to achieve a reasonable compensation flux gap, reducing errors in data collection terminal.While for the analog integrator integrator drift problem,focusing on the software digital integration algorithm proposes complexification of Simpson integration algorithm to strike flux values based on the analysis of analog integrator and standards volt-second generator for measuring the flux values for data calibration and error analysis,validation the feasibility and accuracy of the actual flux value in complexification of Simpson integration algorithm on the system.Then, the overall design of the hardware platform has been outlines,analysis and design of each module hardware circuits.then the paper introduces the permanent magnet material magnetic parameters system software general framework,detailed analysis of the software design of each part.in addition to placing sample,using a fully automated tests of system,including magnet exercise, zero, calibration, and automatic gain adjustment sample,this not only increases the degree of automation,but also reduces many errors because of human operation.Finally,PC communications and samples test has been completed.the magnetic parameters were compared with the China Institute of Metrology magnetic measuring standard sample for the test results of three samples.the results shows that the sample remanence, coercivity magnetic induction, intrinsic coercivity errors lower than0.6%, the maximum energy product error lower than l%.its function meet GB/T3217-92and accuracy better than GB/T3217-92.so the magnet material magnetic parameters testing system meets the actual requirements and have many advantages, such as,high accuracy,good stability and easy to operate.
