Three-dimensional printing technology is one of the most viable prototypingtechnology at present. However, to achieve high-precision molding, slicing the modelto improve the accuracy and precision of the injection control is an urgent problem. Tothis end, this paper studies the model of hierarchical algorithms and sprinklersprecision drive control problems. First of all, this paper studies the method ofhierarchical3D model, which designed to meet the needs of the development of3D model slicing algorithm. Based on understanding the existing hierarchical softwarealgorithms, we got an analysis on a binary CLI file through data comparison. By colorfilling each contour in the program, we obtained information on the plane of each layerof the model BMP graphics. Secondly, in order to design a corresponding drive circuitto achieve effective control of the injection, we analyze the driving timing for apiezoelectric ink jet head. Finally, we designed an experimental device bondingforming a three-dimensional printing process control to achieve a three-dimensionalprinting. And we made a three-dimensional printing experiment. The final results showthat the printing apparatus can be realized as a starch raw material powder or gypsummodel size is80mm×200mm×120mm model.
