With the rapid development of construction industry, the waste of natural aggregate in worldwide concrete industry is up to ten million tons every year. At the same time, lots of building waste and rubbish are produced every year. According to some statistics, in the year of2005, the total number of construction waste of our country China is at least up to210million tons. Among these statistics, it contains100million tons of concrete waste, which accounts for50%of the total, is harm to the environment. Therefore, the application of technology of concrete waste has important significance for decreasing the discharge of solid waste, protection of environment resources and conservation of natural resources and energy resources.Now, for the use of reasonable recycling of the waste concrete method is to use of recycled aggregate production.This way is to make good steel tube, and then processed recycled aggregate and concrete into its internal configuration of recycled aggregate concrete, the final formation of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube member.Process which will waste concrete preparation into recycled aggregates not only cumbersome but also consume a lot of energy, and will continue in the configuration process of recycled aggregate concrete need to consume large amounts of water, cement and energy, at the same time cost compared with ordinary concrete, the popularization and application in the practical engineering, so it is necessary to study the other a more convenient way to deal with waste concrete recycling.Nowadays, scholars both at home and abroad for thin-wall steel tube regenerative mixed block column studies show that for the thin-wall steel tube regenerative mixed short axial compression column, the main failure pattern for drum-Crushed damage.To analyze its main reason is that the regeneration in the central part of the steel tube of the combination of concrete block with cast-in-place concrete intensity difference, between the two stress concentration occurred, made of waste concrete block in the aggregate interface cracks, first the subsequent regeneration block broken, lead to mix concrete crushed, the thin-wall steel tube regenerative about half block mixed column, summoned the crushed. In the case of eccentric compression, the experimental study on the design of specimen, observed during the process of analyzing the test and the test data.2、Considering material nonlinearity and geometrical nonlinearity, the use of large finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0, by reasonable way of modeling, meshing and loading, square without rib simulation during the process of regeneration of eccentric compression test block combination, it is concluded that thin-walled square regeneration block the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column, simulation results are in good agreement with those obtained in the experiment, proved the feasibility of finite element analysis method.3、On the basis of parameter analysis, put forward clear mechanics concept, form a simple block combination ribbed steel regeneration of eccentric compression bearing capacity under the action of simplified calculation reference type, in order to reference for engineering design.
