| Cracking of reinforced concrete member is one of the experts and scholars at domestic and foreign experts. With the"Code for design of concrete structures(GB50010-2010)"was promulgated. China is clearly put forward the HRB400, HRJB500steel rebar as the leading steel reinforced concrete structures in our country. Grade HRB500steel reinforcement is a new research and development of metallurgical industry in our country has excellent properties of application in high strength reinforced concrete structure. Level to develop the application of high strength steel is the need of construction steel technology in our country. At present, the rapid development of China’s construction industry, in architectural engineering, to promote the use of high-strength reinforced to meet the building construction project quality requirements, improve building construction in disaster preventiond and mitigation capabilities, to protect people’s lives and property. With the continuous improvement of yield strength steel, components used in the serviceability limit state of the steel stress, the crack width is also a corresponding increase in impact strength which is a major factor in promoting the use of steel.In order to solve the high-strength steel in our application problems, making high-strength steel to be promoted. For the control of crack width and deflection, that the protective layer of concrete components configured surface reinforcement can better control the crack width, and can to a certain extent, improve the stiffness, high strength steel in turn can promote application. Therefore, the research projects can be reinforced with surface reinforcement provide a theoretical foundation and experimental basis, accelerate the popularization and application of high-strength steel.In this paper,the configuration of the surface reinforcement concrete beam and not configured surface studies the performance of reinforced concrete beam bending, studied the configuration surface cracking of reinforced concrete beam and stress deformation characteristics, provide guidance and reference for surface reinforcement engineering application. In this article, through the experimental study on flexural performance of concrete beam reinforced concrete beams3with400MPa rebars and5with500MPa rebars, according to the test data and prior test data, a regression formula of the average crack spacing,and the current standard specifications for "Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2010)" to evaluate the serviceability of crack, stiffness and flexural bearing capacity calculation formula of bendingExperimental study show that the high strength flexural performance of reinforced concrete members with ordinary flexural performance of reinforced concrete beam is the same, has good mechanical performance, both the ductile fracture, all beam reaches the bending bearing capacity limit, longitudinal reinforced can yield.
