With modern architecture toward to a higher, more personalized design requirements for higher performance of concrete, high-strength, ultra high strength is an effective way to achieve this goal. Improve strength grade of concrete, can make the building smaller, more bearing ability to achieve a particular shape, so the study of high-strength concrete is extremely important.In this paper, through access to information on a variety of domestic and international high-strength concrete test preparation methods, and ultimately determine the full calculation as a basis for referring other design methods to optimize the advantages of integration. The concept of mineral admixtures impact factor, hydration activity factor, the aggregate ratio, grout to aggregate ratio, grout volume parameters are introduced in the full calculation design methods, to make the method more realistic.Meanwhile, in order to reduce the optimization test program, first through grout mortar and other tests, get targeted technical indicators. And contact the collected data, based on the film theory,constitute grout, mortar, concrete wrapped in layers of research system, study the synergy and restricting between the various components inside the concrete,To verify and further complements the silica fume mineral admixtures influence coefficient, granulated blast furnace slag hydration activity factor,laid the theoretical basis of mineral admixtures mortar strength replace of pure cement mortar strength calculation of the concrete mix.In the course of the preparation of concrete, in a " strong gtout matrix excellent aggregate " idea, make the cementitious material basement strong at first, in order to ensure both cementitious material matrix and adhesive strength, thereby increasing the strength of concrete; then optimizate aggregate gradation, grain shape, reducing aggregate flakiness content and reduce aggregate gradation porosity, making more freedom grout at the same volume, in order to improve the performance of concrete work.For the sensitive factor of high-strength concrete,to verify the cube compressive strength size of the coefficient, the impact of its value under pressure machine, curing conditions, and the dry extent of the test block, loading speed and many other factors. Under water conservation,2h in dry conditions,size factor is0.924. In view of the matrix, the aggregate optimization, there are still parts of the ratio of C100pumping high-strength concrete does not meet the technical specifications, in the original calculation method,making appropriate changes in the fixed parameters volume of grout, set to380L/m3, was found to meet requirements. In terms of strength afteroptimization of three-doped orthogonal, double-doped, single-doped silica fume, the interval of standard specimen size28d intensity is114.8~118.8MPa; in terms of work, has been tested to meet the performance requirements of high-strength pumping concrete, while increasing the T500test, get the concrete to meet an ordinary self-compacting properties of reinforced concrete structures.Therefore, the methods described herein improves the adaptability of whole calculation method for high-strength grade concrete.
