The great changes have taken place in hydrological conditions after Three gorgesreservoir area water storage and Three gorges reservoir area has the unique geologyconditions. The overhead vertical frame pier of inland river great water level differenceusing the pile foundation of steel liners must be taken into consideration duringconstruction to realize the construction water level under the contact component of highefficiency, fast welding. According to the Steel liners and reinforced concrete combinedbearing structure of hydraulic dock structure of Chong Qing Guo yuan the second phasewharf,we built the consider steel liners and the reinforced concrete joint force analysisof the numerical model of mechanical properties,then,we discussed the pier transversebent reliability based on the steel liners reinforced concrete pile of great water leveldifference. Research results has a certain application value about the three gorgesreservoir area of pier design construction. This paper mainly completed the followingresearch work:First, using ANSYS to static calculates internal river water overhead upright framewharf, we Discusses the port mechanical transmission characteristics of transverse bentterminal and the weak link. Act as the following analysis of reliability of laid a solidfoundation.Then, Combined with the Monte Carlo method and probability calculation modulePDS of ANSYS, the overhead vertical frame pier of inland river great water leveldifference transverse bent components reliability analysis, sensitivity analysis, scatterdiagram analysis. We get the transverse bent components under different operatingconditions combination is reliable indicator. and discussed through the analysis of thesensitivity of the influence degree of the component reliability index by Random inputvariables. In view of the reliability analysis of the conclusion, the reliable indexes ofmembers of the pier transverse bent is greater than3.5of the specification requirementsand some specification requirements of component is far greater than3.5. Thus it isnecessary to optimize the pier structure design problem has reached to reduce economicinvestment and waste of resources.At last, Optimization design module of ANSYS for pier transverse bent frameoptimization design, We get terminal bearing capacity under the limit state of eachcomponent in the optimal size,Then, recalculated component of resistance again, lastthrough the PDS module in ANSYS probability to recalculate the wharf components ofreliability index. Research each component reliability index in meet the specificationrequirements, on the basis of the original reliability indexes fell, some component closeto the balance of security and economy, achieve the purpose of saving resources andreducing investment.
