With the rapid development of traffic,mining,environmental protection and otherindustries in our country,landslide has become an increasingly important engineering.As a major method of landslides governance, anti-slide pile has been widely used. in theprojects Embedded depth is an important indicator of anti-slide pile design.It directlyaffects the anti-slide effect of the engineering against sliding,therefore,the research onthe embedded depth of anti-slide pile is particularly important.In this paper,through the oretical analysis and numerical simulation methodsrelated to FLAC3D,combined with practical engineering, the embedded depth ofanti-slide pile is studied.The main research work is as follows:①The failure mechanism and failure morphology of the slide pile is deduced, theanti-slide pile top displacement formulathen is derived. The allowable deformation ofthe top anti-slide pile is theoretically analyzed,and the control factors of it are proposed.Finally,by calculating the engineering example, the control factors of the allowabledeformation of the top anti-slide pile are verified reasonable.②Through the theoretical analysis of failure mode of embedded section of thesolid rock before anti-slide pile,the formula for calculating the depth of the lapel edge isderived in detail,considering the role of the sliding wedge body weight. By calculatingthe cases, factors breasted the depth of the lapel edge are analyzed.③Based on finite difference theory, displacements and stresses of the anti-slidepile and the embedded solid segment rock before the piles are analyzed throughFLAC3D software.The influencing factors of embedded depth of anti slide pile are alsoanalyzed combined with the result of FLAC3D numerical simulation. Finally, throughthe project example, selecting the typical profile, using FLAC3D software to simulatethe actual landslide by considering interaction between pile and rock(soil).According tothe influenced rules and degree of factors against the pile,method of reasonablydetermining the embedded depth of anti slide pile is researched.
