With the rapid development of economy and the progress of science andtechnology tunnel construction,China gained the success that attract worldwideattention. At present,China has become the world’s largest underground space andtunnel markets,the tunnel design and construction technology has reached the leadinglevel in the world. In large-scale tunnel engineering construction,the geologicalcondition has become more and more complex. In the process of excavation,excavationface stability degree and deformation control effect,directly determines the quality ofconstruction the whole tunnel,improper handling will collapse,collapse,water gushing,engineering accidents,resulting in serious losses. For large section tunnel in the softrock tunnel face stability problem,research is still at a low level,so it is necessary tofurther study the deformation stability of tunnel face and its control technology.In this context,the Zhong shan road tunnel engineering example of Guiyang Cityas the basis,the deformation and stability of tunnel face and its control technology is thefocus of the study,based on extensive investigation,refer to the related literature athome and abroad,combined with theory analysis,finite element software,numericalsimulation,field geological forecast analysis and monitoring a variety of researchmethods,a preliminary study on the analysis of tunnel face stability of a system anddeformation control theory,can effectively prevent the occurrence of in stability oftunnel face. The main research contents include the following aspects:①Deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of tunnel face is analyzed,factor sreveal the deformation mechanism and the influence of tunnel face stability.②The system introduced the relationship between the level of tunnel surroundingrock stability with the face,to explore the method of distinguishing tunnel face stability.③T he advance geological prediction and analysis of the tunnel monitoringmeasurement based on tunnel face stability,research on forecast methods and standards.④A comprehensive review of the tunnel face advance core soil,control measureswere applied to numerical simulation of different face deformation by using the GTSfinite element software,in-depth study of tunnel face deformation mechanisms andeffects of control technology.⑤Combined with the engineering example,analysis of tunnel in soft and weaksurrounding rock surface in stability mechanism,effective way to develop the tunnel surrounding rock and support interaction,control of tunnel face stability of core soil.
