With the development of economical and the oil, gas, coal and other non-renewable resources are reducing, there is growing emphasis on solar and other new energy development and utilization. Air-conditioning energy consumption, the total energy consumption is usually40%to60%in summer.It is significant to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning systems. People’s attention to use of solar energy, geothermal energy and other low-grade waste heat energy ejector refrigeration solutions,in this year.Since solar discontinuity and time variability, using solar ejector refrigeration can’t meet the requirements. Variety of schemes has been proposed: First,using of solar collectors and thermal storage devices combined way; Second, using two kinds of solar and auxiliary heat source heat shared set of equipment; Third, using of solar ejector refrigeration and ordinay refrigeration way. Investment costs is large and takes up a large space, implementation difficulties and other shortcomings when using the first way, the second option reducing the system’s energy efficiency when the solar resources are insufficient, the low efficiency of the auxiliary energy-driven ejector refrigeration system energy consumption, partially offset by solar jet cooling energy savings.On the basis of the original central air conditioning to join the solar ejector refrigeration bypass, thus forming a compression refrigeration and solar refrigeration combined central air-conditioning combined solar ejector refrigeration system.Control is made for two kinds of refrigeration way coordination and stable running, at the same time, the study of the temperature control system. The main contents are as follows:(1) A solar ejector refrigeration compressor refrigeration and cooling systems in parallel joint compression refrigeration were Proposed and designed. when the solar energy is insufficient, adjust the injection the inlet pressure and the pressure increase its ejection effect. The system used in all compression refrigeration at ninght. Studies show that the system’s initial investment, can achieve all-weather, all-state operation, can make full use of solar energy, energy-saving effect.(2) PLC control regulator ejector inlet pressure, record the inlet flow and outlet flow,calculated injector discharge coefficient.The results showed that R22as a refrigerant injection, the inlet pressure reaches about3.0MP when it gets largest coefficient. According to the big lag chiller water temperature, time-varying and difficult to establish accurate mathematical model characteristics, the use of improved adaptive fuzzy immune PID control method chiller control. The results show that the improved control of fuzzy immune PID control than ordinary PID and fuzzy control overshoot,fast response, better control.(3) Using the configuration King monitor the entire system running and using vs2008compiled OPC client, network remote monitoring.
