One of the main disasters in tunnel construction built contains gas disasters, disasters mainly embodied in the gas explosion, poisoning, suffocation, and coal and gas outburst, and so on. According to data from the past, if the gas accident happened in tunnel construction, the consequences are often more severe, its influence is extremely bad.Performance in gas gas disasters in tunnel construction is more outstanding, therefore in the construction of gas tunnel is urgent to know people to pay attention to and take concrete measures to prevent the importance of reducing disasters caused by gas, be badly in need of an operable gas construction risk evaluation means and methods, thus the accurate comprehensive master to know gas and the gas in the gas tunnel disaster and ensure safety construction.In tongling city in the Yangtze river east road five songshan tunnel as an example, in the study of a large amount of gas tunnel and on the basis of gas tunnel disaster, combined with the analysis of the five songshan tunnel geological survey report and related data, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to five songshan in the risk assessment of gas tunnel construction. This paper mainly studies the following several aspects:(1) research on mechanism of gas disaster characteristics and its analysis.constraints(2) the tunnel gushing gas in diffusion migration regularity of tunnel are studied, and combined with five songshan gas tunnel by using Fluent software to do a simulation study of diffusion migration.(3) in the tunnel construction are analyzed after each disaster and its influence factors, the impact of the master main influence factors on the basis of setting up of a gas in the process of tunnel construction risk assessment system, and the actual situation of five songshan gas tunnel made a evaluation, it is concluded that the tunnel across the five construction safer construction section,12more dangerous construction section and six sections.(4) in view of the actual situation of the five songshan tunnel construction, in combination of evaluation on the basis of reasonable security risk prevention and control measures are put forward.
