| Bridge is the lifeblood of a country’s economic development, with the development of economy, all countries in the world invest a lot of money and manpower in the bridge construction, a lot of steel bridge has been put into construction. However, steel bridge collapse accident caused by fatigue fracture lead to huge losses to the people’s life and property. So, the research of steel bridge fatigue performance is particularly important, not only plays a very important role for the verification, evaluation and reinforcement, but also has guiding significance for the construction of the new bridge.How to scientifically evaluate the state of the steel bridge and determine the fatigue key parts, take effective measures promptly has very important meaning in repair and maintenance. However, due to a lot of influencing factors of steel bridge fatigue problem, the fatigue handling is still immature in our country. Based on the present situation, this paper has a study on the fatigue damage of highway steel bridge being existence, the concrete research content is as follows:(1) Introduce importance and research status of steel bridge fatigue problem, expound some basic concepts and methods of fatigue analysis briefly in this paper.(2) Elaborate our country highway steel bridge fatigue design specifications and methods briefly, introduce the application of fatigue design with a typical example, pave the way for subsequent steel bridge fatigue analysis.(3) Establish finite element model of steel bridge structure, determine the fatigue key parts, conclude the damage and life cycle, summarize and analyze systematically the key parts.(4) Analyze systematically the structure of the form in the key parts for steel bridge. Based on the fatigue stress and performance analysis systematic, optimize the key parts of the structure, put forward the repair and maintenance measures effective, provide scientific basis for the subsequent similar design.Through the practical application of highway bridge steel fatigue design, there is a certain theoretical and practical significance to formulate highway bridge fatigue load spectrum that conforming to the situation of our country; Using the finite element analysis method, relying on the steel bridge as an example, analysis about the fatigue key parts of steel bridge, induction and study systematic on fatigue details, have a very important significance to guiding the steel bridge fatigue strength assessment and providing scientific guidance for subsequent similar design. |
