This article research on the contactless power transfer system.Contactless power transfer system of integrated application of power electronic technology, high frequency inverter technology, magnetic coupling technology and modern control theory, etc. Can realize non-contact transmission of electric energy, compared with traditional use wires and electrical connectors for power transmission way has the advantages of safe and reliable, long life. In transportation, medical equipment, aerospace, underwater mines and other fields have broad application space, it is one of the important research direction in power transmission.Based on resonant full bridge converter contactless power transmission system is suitable for various rate level, has a broad application field, this paper was studied this. Contactless power transmission system is firstly analyzed the characteristics, application field and the research status, discuss the composition of the system, and sums up the technical difficulties and key problems of the technology at present.Then based on the ideal transformer, loosely coupled transformer are studied, concluded that the difference of the ideal transformer leakage inductance of the mutual inductance model and model, summarized suitable for loosely coupled transformer parameter testing method, and the actual measurement of the magnetic core of specific under certain air gap and mutual inductance coupling coefficient. Moreover aimed at analyzing the characteristics of loosely coupled transformer leakage inductance of the larger capacitance compensation strategy of the system is analyzed in detail, and analyses the system, so the compensation and the string and compensation of the voltage magnification and the load characteristics of compensation after through PSpice software simulation tools to prove the validity of the analysis. In series and frequency bifurcation phenomenon and how to avoid the frequency compensation method also did some analysis. Finally on the basis of theoretical analysis of main circuit design experiment,and the working state of the main circuit are analyzed in detail. For main circuit other parts also made a detailed calculation and current transformer is introduced, the production of loosely coupled transformer as well as auxiliary power. To control circuit part gives a detailed design scheme, and gives the experimental analysis and the experimental waveform figure. Experiments prove that this design can achieve predetermined requirement.
