With the rapid development of energy industry, distributed energy resource (DER)technology are brought to the attention of the people due to its high efficiency, energysaving, economic, safe and reliable. According to the characteristics of DER system, analyzed the calculation and optimization of energy efficiency for two operation modeof systems respectively determining power by heating load and determining byheating load power.Analyzed the application characteristics and working principle of the DER systemwhich takes internal combustion engines and gas turbine as the core. Set up thecalculation model of primary energy ratio (PER), relative energy saving ratio (RESR)and exergy efficiency for DER system and traditional energy system. Discusses theHPR’s influence for PER of DER system.Use a DER system like gas turbine+absorption of lithium bromide units as anexample, from the perspective of supply and demand balance, set up the efficiencycalculation model of DER system under the two operation modesrespectively determining power by heating load and determining by heating loadpower, and Analyzed the changes in energy efficiency of DER system by differentHPR.it is concluded that if HPR is less than the best, the system should oprate bydetermining power by heating load mode, on the contrary, the system should opratedetermining by heating load power mode.Use an industrial park in Wuhan as an example to analyze the DER system’spower capacity and energy efficiency under different power generation.Gave four kindsof DER system and three kinds of traditional energy system for this park, and carried onthe analysis and comparison of each scheme and the initial investment of energyefficiency, and gave the recommendation.
