Abstract:Dongting lake great bridge on new-built Jinzhou-Yueyang railway is the first Triple-tower Double-main-sPan Railway Cable-stayed Bridge in world. The sPan arrangement is (98+140+406+406+140+98)m. This bridge allows two lines Zhong-live load.In order to improve the stiffness of the whole bridge and the deck system, open Box-truss composite structure main girder be used in this bridge.Take this bridge as background, this Paper study on structure form and Parameters of deck system by finite element analysis methods.Main research work and achievements are listed below.1. Two deck system plans of Railway Cable-stayed Bridge with open Box-truss composite structure were presented, One is Multi-crossbeam deck system, another is Stringer-crossbeam deck system.The two deck systems were Parameterized and the basic construction was proposed. The sPace finite element model of the full bridge was established by adopting SPB (SPace Plate-Beam) method.The deformation and stress state of the bridge were systematic studied,the results show that reasonable Parameters can be obtained from the two deck systems which can be used in orthotropic deck system of Railway Cable-stayed Bridge with open Box-truss composite structure.2. Influence to the stiffness of the whole bridge of those two kinds deck system were comParatively studied. The results show that Multi-crossbeam deck system was basically identical with Stringer-crossbeam deck system.The ratio of the sPan of the two systems under the effect of static live load was respectively1/679and1/685.3.The stiffness,along with the deformation wc of the deck system at the center of the one Panel and the relative deformation△of two trucks of one line within three meters of two deck systems were comPared and studied.The results show that the structural Parameters of the deck system had a great influence on the wc and△. The stiffness of the Multi-Crossbeam deck system is apParently more optimal than the Stringer-Crossbeam deck system.4.The force of transmission of the live load of the deck and the stress state of two deck systems were comPared and studied.It turned out that the bottom chord box of the Multi-Crossbeam deck system is robust,of which the basic construction and structural Parameters are reasonable.The basic construction of the Stringer-Crossbeam deck system should be relatively enhanced,while the bottom chord box could be weakened.The results of the research in this article provide a reliability to the design of the the Dongting Lake Triple-tower Double-main-sPan Railway Cable-stayed Bridge,and have a reference value for the other similar bridge designs.
