Abstract:China is one of the largest countries currently constructing continuous rigid frame bridge. Since the bridge is decided by the railway line, it is inevitable to construct long span curved bridge. Because of the uniqueness of curve rigid frame continuous bridge, there are fewer researches on its dynamic characteristics especially runability of train. It will be of great practical significance to studying its runability of train and ensuring the operational reliability, driving comfort, safety, serviceability and durability of the bridge. This paper mainly includes the following parts:1. The development general situation of Curved Hybrid Bridge of Rigid Frame-Continuous Girders and vibration of vehicle-bridge at home and abroad is generalized. It also indicates the necessity of study on vehicle-bridge coupled vibration system of long-span and high-pier Curved Hybrid Bridge of Rigid Frame-Continuous Girders.2. According to the principle of total potential energy with stationary value in elastic system dynamics and the rule of "set in right position" for formulating system matrixes, the simulative dynamic analysis model of the vehicle-bridge system of long-span and high-pier Curved Hybrid Bridge of Rigid Frame-Continuous Girders is established.3. Based on the above model, it calculates and analyses the dynamic response of the vehicle-bridge system of the original design with the consideration of the initial transverse deformation of the bridge deck generated by wind and transverse temperature difference. The result shows that the runability of train still meets requirements.4. A detailed calculation and analysis of the influence of change of pier stiffness on the dynamic response of the vehicle-bridge system is carried out. Results indicate that the dynamic response index of the train and bridge shows subtle changes with the transverse stiffness on the condition that the transverse stiffness of the pier tops changes on the original basis.
