Concrete pump truck is generally refitted by truck chassis, the quality itself andhigh power load often make the pump truck transmission system in a "high power"、"Many conditions " and "heavy load" working status, it’s easy to appear any kind of fault.Combined with a real vehicle road test, this paper mainly do the following aspects.Firstly, a real vehicle road test was developed, with which we analyzed the powerpath of the pump truck transmission system and collected acceleration anddisplacement signals by using external sensor. In order to verify the reliability ofpump truck real road test, we disposed these data and analyzed the differentcharacteristics of signals under different working conditions and the matching degreeof signal characteristics under such condition.Secondly, we used the multi-body dynamics theory to establish a rigid-flexiblecoupling model of the pump truck. We also established the coupled equation of pumptruck transmission system using Lagrange equations. In this process, we described theflexible methods of key components such as the shaft and the transfer case shell,introduced the definitions of some other elastic elements.In addition, how to ensurethe reliability of the pump truck dynamics model is a core issue, this paper has usedpoint trajectory contrast method and vibration response method to verify thereliability of the simulation model, on the basis of this,we did a number of simulationsand predictions under different working conditions. The simulation result is consistentwith the engineering practice.Thirdly, in order to further determine the relationship between fault and key partsfatigue damage, we used the real vehicle experiment data and the coupled model torepeat the loading process of the pump truck transmission system. and in order to getcyclic load spectrum,we used the rain flow count method to dispose load history,combined with the S-N curve of the component, the fatigue durability performance ofthe key parts was carried out.Finally, the test and simulation methods in this paper have a referential meaning tofault diagnosis and detection of pump truck chassis system, and the experimental reserch onthe parameters of some related elastic elements can be used for the engineering practice.
