With the development of new power generation technology renewable energy and efficient and clean fossil fuel such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, the micro-grid system has been developed further with high power supply flexibility, less pollution, high reliability. The micro-grid system includes many kinds of distributed generation whose character and cost are different each other. In the micro-grid system, the volatility and intermittent of wind and photovoltaic output power has brought great challenges for the stable operation of the micro-grid system. And now the prediction accuracy of wind power and photovoltaic power is generally low,so the environmental and economic dispatch has become very important in micro-grid system in advance.When large-scale wind power incorporate into the grid, the peak shaving characteristics has become increasingly apparent,which contributed to the micro network scheduling operation problem of the peak and increase the economic cost of the system operation.So reasonable scheduling to supply more power in the peak situation is of great significance.This paper introduced dynamic environmental and economic dispatch optimization problem in the micro-grid system which includes wind power generation、photovoltaic power generation micro gas turbine fuel cell and battery according to power generation economy cost and environmental cost. In the isolated gird condition,the power supply reliability of micro-grid system is reduced because of the volatility and intermittent of wind and photovoltaic power. To solve the troubles in micro-grid dispatching caused by the randomness of wind power generation and PV generation, through utilizing the probability distribution function of renewable energy sources to describe the uncertainty factors existing in micro-grid and leading in the risk indicator of load loss and the risk indicator of wind power curtailment and wasted solar energy a multi-objective model, in which the generation economy and environmental protection are considered, is established to ensure the reliability of micro-grid power supply and efficient utilization of renewable energy sources.When connected the gird,the volatility of new energy is reduced and The load characteristics of wind power make micro-grid system and grid system increase the difficulty of adjustment load peak when large scale wind power connect grid system.This paper established micro-grid scheduling plan model under the interaction between the user side,based on the forecast on the basis of the principle of time-sharing electricity user response of the consumer psychology load curve. Two goals of generating revenue and power consumption satisfaction of the user are considered.The difference of peak and valley is reduced in the process of scheduling by the user side interaction effect,which improves the economic benefits of the power generation process and ensure the user satisfaction of electricity way.
