Abstract/Summary:
Due to the significant differences in the operating characteristic of supercritical once-through boiler, it requires establishing a mechanism of coordination and control between the boiler and steam turbine,whose control quality directly affect the safe, stable and economic operation of the supercritical unit.So the coordinated control system of the supercritical unit is the key and the difficulty of the supercritical unit thermal control.The paper takes the coordinated control system of a600MW supercritical unit as the object of study, and analyzes its characteristics, basic scheme, classification and operation mode respectively.then make a very thorough mechanism analysis on it. Establish the linear model of the supercritical unit using the lumped parameter method and modular modeling method. And Pade algorithm for the model order reduction, gram matrix decoupling method is adopted, to be decoupled.The principle of fuzzy control, respectively, the differential compensation based on fuzzy control is designed based on fuzzy control and the main controller of the boiler, turbine main controller.Simulation experiments show that the strategy can make the stable value quickly and has good load response ability and anti-interference ability.
