With the rapid development of world economy and the constant progress of the society, industrial production, especially the rapid development of heavy industry makes electricity demand increasing and the traditional large-scale centralized power grid developing.On the other hand, with the depletion of world’s energy and the deterioration of environment, mainly for photovoltaic, wind distributed energy has caused widespread the attention of the governments around the world. And more and more problems of traditional power system are exposed as the increasing of quantity and the size of the distributed energy access. Micro-grid system based on distributed generation power has gradually become a hot issue in recent research.This paper will mainly design the Multi-Agent system structure of micro-grid. This paper introduces the detail structure design and working principle of micro-grid mode controller.And we also introduced the Energy-HUB as a micro grid energy distribution center and the stability of the control unit. This paper mainly discussed the passive off-grid micro-grid work patterns, especially for micro grid passive off-grid mode switching process. Micro-grid pattern conversion process consists of off-grid/grid operating and micro-sources restructuring. Because off-grid is all of a sudden, the passive mode switching process requires shorter time. In this article the operation process of micro-grid mode switch implemented based on Petri network theory by reading the core state components table. In the study of resource restructuring in this paper, considering the mode switch rapidity, economy and stability of micro-grid pattern conversion process, we use the simulation model and the actual data parameters to comprehensively compared fruit flies optimization algorithm (FOA) with particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO). And then we the fruit flies algorithm (FOA) is more suitable for micro grid mode switching process. At the end of this paper we make simulations under the limiting mode switch process cases of24hours a day. The results of the Agent units resource reconfiguration can be found that micro-grid contains distributed photovoltaic and wind has higher economic and practical value.
