| In our country along with the growing of the The karst tunnel、The underwatertunnel and The diversion tunnel and the like of these Engineering construction,there isalso the need of the engineering practice、the strengthen of the environmental protectionconcept and the progress of the technical level,the problem of caused by external waterpressure of tunnel become more and more.Therefore,this article is very necessary for theresearch to simplify the external water pressure on tunnel lining structure calculationmethod.The problem of relationship between the external water pressure of compositelining of tunnel initial support and secondary lining two and constraints surroundingrock on the two lining and the like all have a direct relationship with the compositelining of primary support and two line contact state,So the research of relationshipbetween the composite lining of primary support and two line contact is particularlyimportant.With the progress of science and technology and the development of science,thematurity of contact theory and the wide application of finite element analysissoftware,the contact analysis will be introduced into the field of tunnel engineering,Letit to become a possibility of apply the finite element contact theory to analyze thecomposite lining of tunnel between the early and secondary lining contact state.In this paper, based on the Xiangjiang River tunnel project,The system researchedthe condition between the external water pressure of composite lining of tunnel primarysupport and among the two lining and water pressure and the influence of surroundingrock pressure on the security of tunnel lining structure and the variation rule of externalwater pressure of composite lining of primary support and the contact force between thetwo lining and the large section tunnel lining structure calculation under the externalwater pressure,research work and achievements are as follows:①The system described the contact condition between the tunnel support at thebeginning of the lining and secondary lining,And in view of the contact conditionbetween the tunnel support at the beginning of the lining and secondary lining and thecorresponding contact interface model is put forward.②Apply ANSYS finite element analysis software to analysis of the tunne incontact state at the beginning and two lining,simulation of excavation process,in the rearof the activation of the two lining adjust the contact state,Let the primary support and two line build contact pairs.The contact analysis will be successfully applied totunnel engineering.③Calculation software based on ANSYS，select the contact unit,established thecalculation method of tunnel lining under external water pressure considering the effectof contact initial,and proceed the calculation and comparative analysis.④The calculation for the tunnel surrounding rock pressure and high water pressureon lining structure,Pointed out that loading water load can impact force on twocharacteristics of secondary lining on the premise that the tunnel surrounding rockpressure.⑤At first,analyzed the contact effect between the tunnel lining under two andinitial support under the external water pressure,Through the computational simulationof Changsha Xiangjiang tunnel engineering,researched the change rule of primarysupport of tunnels and two contact pressure in the process of water pressureincreased;This paper pertinently put forward the significantly influence thatstrengthening the reinforcement to easily damaged parts and the secondary liningsection types to the safety of the tunnel structure under external water pressure. |
