In recent years, the solid parking equipments have got rapid development in China. No-avoidance-typed solid garage has been widely used for its unique design concept. The high-priced vehicle which are loaded by the garage have been considered, even no-avoidance-typed solid garage is the unique structure of the complex loaded. Its dynamic characteristics in the process of operation not only affect the normal operation of the stereo garage, also pose a threat to the vehicles and persons seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to give an in-depth and abroad study on the dynamic characteristics problem of no-avoidance-typed solid garage. No-avoidance-typed solid garage is put as the research object in this paper. Then the dynamic characteristics of no-avoidance-typed solid garage are studied based on the nonlinear vibration theory and the structural reliability theory. Its main contents include the following:According to the structural characteristics of no-avoidance-typed solid garage, its nonlinear dynamic model has been constructed. First the vibration-differential equation of the column unit and the triangular unit are constructed by the finite-element displacement method. Then based on the column unit and the triangular unit the nonlinear dynamic equation of no-avoidance-typed solid garage has been constructed by the finite element method after introducing the "instantaneous structure" hypothesis.Based on the nonlinear dynamic model of no-avoidance-typed solid garage, its nonlinear vibration characteristics have been analyzed by the multi-scale method. The researches show that no-avoidance-typed solid garage will produce the nonlinear vibration phenomenon of the combination resonance and the super-harmonic resonance under the combined effect of the self-excited force and the external force.The dynamic response of no-avoidance-typed solid garage has been calculated by using the iteration method of the time-varying nonlinear vibration equations. First of all, the nonlinear dynamic model of no-avoidance-typed solid garage will been turned into the general form. Then the dynamic response of no-avoidance-typed solid garage has been calculated by using the iteration method of the time-varying nonlinear vibration equations. Finally the dynamic responses of no-avoidance-typed solid garage under the self-excited force are analyzed through an example.According to the reliability theory the problems about the dynamic response reliability of no-avoidance-typed solid garage have been studied. First of all, the dynamic response reliability model of no-avoidance-typed solid garage is constructed by the quadratic fourth-order moment method. Then the reliability-analyzed method of no-avoidance-typed solid garage is proposed through the dynamic responses reliability model. Finally the feasibility and the effectiveness of the analysis method of the dynamic response reliability of the no-avoidance-typed solid garage have been verified by using the Monte-Carlo method.
