Since the opening of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway operations, its large capacity, high-speed, high-comfort transportation characteristics has attracted a large number of Beijing-Shanghai passenger flows and has eased the pressure on the transportation channel. With the continuous growth in passenger traffic on the line, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway gradually formed its unique traffic laws; Meanwhile, the new completed lines’ completed constantly link up with Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail lines in the railway network; civil aviation and other transport companies have constantly adjust marketing strategies; Regional economy along the line has also been developing rapidly, these external objective conditions continue to influence on the traffic and the traffic structure. The designs of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway core products, as passenger CDB programs, are required to be constantly adapted to market changes and demands, and make timely optimization and adjustment.In this context, this paper takes the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the research object, study a method of the evaluation and adjustment of the CDB program to meet the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway’s needs that will enable enterprises to optimize and adjust the signal train CDB program or the overall CDB program.First of all, the paper analyzes the laws of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger flow. Based on the historical data about existing trains, flows, tickets, etc. and near real-time data, the paper statistical analyzes the laws in accordance with the time, space and other multi-dimensional. It reflects the need of the strong flexibility about the optimal adjustment mechanism, and also provides a reference for the subsequent evaluation on how to select the required data.Secondly, by studying the processes and principles established by the CDB program evaluation system, the author analyzes the factors CDB programs establish the evaluation index system about single train of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and overall open line programs, and give the evaluation index calculation methods.Again, based on the comparison and analysis on the various methods CDB program for comprehensive evaluation of the current study, the study proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on principal component analysis and comprehensive analysis of the overall program level evaluation method complementary, and gives a specific evaluation process. Then, by studying the railroad train CDB, the author carrys out principal component analysis and evaluation for single train, through the actual data analysis of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, it can conclude the evaluation of the main components are the enterprise economic benefit and passenger travel service level; And it analyzes and evaluates the overall CDB program. The study complements the losses based by single train due to insufficient information on principal component analysis, and improves the integrity of CDB program evaluation system.Finally, based on the results of the two-stage evaluation, considered the perspective of economic efficiency of the railway companies and the passenger travel service levels, the author puts forward the direction of the program, measures and recommendations about the CDB program optimal adjustment. In the end, the study gives a complete set of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail line CDB program evaluation and optimization methods.
