ABSTRACT:As a new structure of carbon materials, graphene has excellent electrical, mechanical, optical properties and other properties, with conductive polymers composite, is a hot issue for the high-performance supercapacitor electrode materials. This thesis studied a high-performance supercapacitor electrode material as the goal. We preparated graphene materials,polyaniline materials,graphene oxide/polyaniline and graphene/polyaniline composite materials, and based on them as the electrode material of supercapacitor, and comparative analysis of the performance differences between these electrode materials. The main content includes the following aspects:(1)Optimization of Hummers method was used to study the preparation technology of single-layer graphene oxide. Using gas reduction method, we studied the preparation of graphene, The sample was analysised by SEM, XRD, FTIR characterization methods.(2)The supercapacitors with graphene electrodes and activated carbon electrodes were manufactured using buckle structure, selected as KOH electrolyte,tested cyclic voltammetric curve, galvanostatic charge-discharge curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy curve, including calculated the basic electrical properties such as specific capacitance and energy density, and carried on the comparative analysis.(3)Prepared by chemical oxidation method of the pure polyaniline and in situ polymerization method of graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material. The sample was analysised by SEM, XRD, FTIR characterization methods.They confirmed the success of graphene oxide and polyaniline composited.(4) We studied electrical performance measurement of polyaniline and graphene oxide/polyaniline electrode materials in H2SO4inflence the performance of capacitor, including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.We calculated the basic electrical properties such as specific capacitance and energy density, and carried on the comparative analysis.(5) Prepared by in situ polymerization method of graphene/polyaniline composite material.By changing percentage of amount of aniline and graphene in the composite material, From the characterization results of SEM, XRD, FTIR, we compared to control the morphology of the composite.(6) The supercapacitors with graphene/polyaniline electrodes were manufactured using buckle structure. We studied electrical performance measurement of graphene/polyaniline electrode materials in KOH inflence the performance of capacitor, based on the cyclic voltammetric curve, galvanostatic charge-discharge,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.We calculated the basic electrical properties such as specific capacitance and energy density, and carried on the comparative analysis.
