In recent decades, the bridge construction got rapidly developed in our country.Among them, hollow slab bridge occupies a large proportion. Due to the unreasonabledesigning and construction technology, poor management of bridge operation periodand under the action of weather factors, different degree of disease and injury appearedin hollow slab bridge. Reinforcement and maintenance to old and dangerous hollowslab bridge is very necessary to improve its bearing and traffic capacity, ensure thenormal operation and prolong its service life. Building up a set of scientific andcomplete evaluation system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation aimed at thestrengthened hollow slab bridge’s technique condition has got more and more theattention from the relevant experts and scholars.Stick to pasting-anchoring steel beam reinforcement technique of hollow slabbridge, which has a very bright application prospect, this paper started the study ofevaluation to hollow slab after reinforcement.Firstly, the structure form and disease characteristics of the hollow slab’s hingejoints are analyzed and the failure mechanism and the hinge joints and other diseasesof hollow slab are studied. Based on that, principle, method and characteristics ofpasting-anchoring steel beam reinforcement technology for hollow slab aresummarized.Secondly, this paper expounds the basic concept, researching development andapplication status of grey clustering theory. Then the basic definitions and calculationmethods of the grey relational cluster method and grey whitening weight clusteringmethod which are two dominate methods of grey clustering evaluation theory areintroduced. Combined with the Delphi expert evaluation method, on the basis ofsuccess degree evaluation method of project after accomplishment, success degreeevaluation method for pasting-anchoring steel beam reinforcement technology forhollow slab is put forward.Thirdly, support by the above theory, method, researches on building evaluationindex system model to pasting-anchoring steel beam reinforced hollow slab is operated.Related evaluation index model after reinforcement is put forward and studiedrespectively from the safety, durability, dynamic applicability and economy anglesthrough theoretical analysis, using the experience of both the specification and therelevant experts. At the same time, the pasting-anchoring steel beam reinforced hollowslab success degree evaluation model’s calculation steps are given. Index calculationmethod and the grey cluster classification standard are separately researched and then,a set of index evaluation system for hollow slab after pasting-anchoring steel beamreinforcement is successfully established.Finally, specific data of simulated hollow slab before and after pasting-anchoringsteel beam reinforcement is got through finite element model calculation, numericalsimulation and relevant experts scoring. Application demonstration to index evaluationsystem for hollow slab after pasting-anchoring steel beam reinforcement is provided strictly in accordance with the calculation steps of evaluation model.This papers provides theoretical basis and application guidance to the objectiveand scientific evaluation to comprehensive state of hollow slab bridge afterpasting-anchoring steel beam reinforcement. This research is very positive tocontinuously improving the level of decision-making, designing, construction andmanagement, and the research results has strong practical value and broad applicationprospects.
