PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs with twists shaped sheet steelinstead of concrete webs formed a new steel-concrete composite structures,Itsbiggest feature is mainly responsible for the shear webs of steel,Most of the momentborne by the concrete roof and floor,It can greatly reduce the weight of box girder,Reduce the amount of substructure works,Thereby reducing the project cost,Realization of the bridge lighter and effectively solve the problem of cracking ofprestressed concrete box girder webs.Using of eliminating the external tendonsembedded in the concrete pipe webs complicated process and shorten the duration of abridge built in the late also facilitate maintenance and reinforcement. In addition, thecorrugated steel webs with a strong aesthetic, easy to coordinate with the surroundingenvironment, is mountainous scenic better choice. With the development of economy, science and technology, this combination girder bridge in China has been more widelyused. In this paper,Tianhe Flower Bridge Chongqing engineering background, combined with the situation at home and abroad have been built on the corrugated steelwebs continuous rigid frame bridge research.Using finite element analysis softwareMidasCivil,Tianhe Bridge by two flower design model analysis, comparative studyin terms of its mechanical performance, construction technology, and economicperformance, highlighting the advantages of the combination box girder bridge withcorrugated steel webs, and and strive to provide a technical reference for theconstruction and development of corrugated steel webs PC Composite Box GirderBridge.
