| With the rapid development and progress of transportation and engineeringtechnology, the span of the bridge is also in constant increase, it is put forward higherrequirements for suspension bridge which has obvious advantages in the span. From theachievement of the1990.8m span Japanese Akashi Strait Bridge to the constructing of3300m span Messina Straits suspension bridge project in Italy, then to the5000m spansuspension bridge schemes spanning the Gibraltar strait, it can be seen, the progress ofsuspension bridge getting more and more rapid. However, today’s steel cable suspensionbridge with a large weight and poor durability characteristics, limited the developmentof suspension bridges. Emerging CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced composite material)with lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and many other excellentproperties is expected to solve some encountered problems of traditional steel cablesuspension bridge during the development fundamentally, and replace it. There’s CFRPcable suspension bridge is built successfully in the current world, but the relevantreferences is less. So this article will explore the nature of CFRP cable suspensionbridge and analysis the force of key components, the main research work includes:①Reference the steel cable suspension bridge which built in Yunnan, accordingto the materials characteristics, setting the main parameters of CFRP cable suspensionbridge, and analysis theses bridges. The results show that the total weight and the totaldead load of upper suspension structure in CFRP cable suspension bridge are small, andthe gravity stiffness is also smaller.②Use the finite element analysis software Midas Civil to calculate the main cable,sling, stiffening girders and towers of the two types suspension bridge, compare thevarious components in the force of dead load, live load and temperature loads.③Based on the CFRP cable suspension bridge analysis results of Midas Civil, useSolidWorks to analyze cable saddle, cable clip and cable modeling of cable systems,then summarize the key points to design these structure。... |
