With the rapid development of China’s transportation industry. Most of the early construction of bridge has been unable to meet the needs of transportation, there are increasing number of Bridge reconstruction and Expansion project. Because the geographical environment and the structure of bridge is different, so the technical design also vary. If do not conform to the technical design, there will be blasting failure phenomenon occurs, and result in the follow-up work great trouble and danger. This article mainly through the friends and south high-speed K83+930as a case of blasting demolition of overpasses, research on theory of blasting demolition of the bridge under complicated environment, technology and safe technology, achieving elaborate design, careful construction and scientific management, realizing the demolition blasting safely and effectively.In this paper, combined with the structure characteristics of highway Bridges, the ANSYS code is adopted to set up the finite element model what the reinforced concrete element is discrete and the node is common. Then simulate the overall process of bridge with LS-DYNA code under the explosion of explosive what containing stress, dissolution, instability, collapse and blast slag accumulation form. Then analyzing the bridge collapse in the process of blasting demolition and the damage on the highway surface through the stress, strain curve of steel and concrete, collapsing vibration velocity curve and vibration curve of ground. Thereby make a effective blasting scheme what containing correct blasting parameters, the blasting network and security measures. Then analyze and evaluate the effect of demolition blasting, and proposes the corresponding conclusions.The research result in this paper show out that adopting the dynamics analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the blasting demolition process of highway bridge is turn out to be had a guiding significance for the engineering practice.
