| In society today, economic development is related to energy crisis and environmental depredation inevitably. Solar energy as a new energy come into human’s sight.Solar energy have huge reserves, convenient to use, clean without pollution, but its weakness is low density of average irradiation, vary from place to place and from time to time change which is facing with development and utilization of solar energy nowadays. If we can solve the problem, not only a new breakthroughts, but also easily solve the impediment of society development from energy crisis.This paper research on how to improve tracking device of solar energy to improve the tracking efficiency with analysis the theory of tracking device of solar energy. The main content was done as follows:(1) Through the analysis of solar tracking structure on the solar tracking accuracy,designing a two axis tracking device of solar energy which tracked from east-west and north-south respectively. This device include on the swing module and the transfer module which structure are identical and orthogonal placement. Then import the model established by software of Pro/E into the software of ADAMS. We analysis and optimize dimensions of mechanism to identify effective space of mechanism.(2) Based on mechanical motion platform, design a automatic tracking control system of solar energy. This system combine the theory of tracking from solar with the theory of tracking photoelectric, include signal processing module, monitor, the execution module structure and power-supply module. Choosing GPS module and four quadrant sensor to pick-up information which DSP as the core. GPS receive longitude and latitude, time and date to support for data of calculate solar position. Four quadrant sensor detect solar irradiation incident angle real time and determine the movement of the solar tracking.(3) CCS3.3as design platform, depend on module function to design software control. Software design include system initialization, key scan, mode control, system interrupt, the manual control mode, tracking photoelectric mode, tracking from solar mode and the mode which combine racking photoelectric mode with racking from solar mode.(4) Building the experiment platform and on the experiment with the manual control mode, tracking from solar mode and tracking photoelectric mode respectively. The data indicate that tracking device of solar energy can simulate the movement of solar energy to achieve the purpose of tracking solar. |
